This package contains a Uruguayan CI validator, you can obtain the Identification Number which is the last digit of the CI or you can directly validate a CI by passing the 9 digits as a parameter

Ci.getValidationNumber(8 digits ci) gets the 9th number of the CI. Return Integer between 0-9. Ci.Validate(9 digits CI) Return True if the CI is valid, else retun False. Return Boolean.
