Preliminary package for testing purposes. This version will probably get obsolete in a matter of days, but feel free to use it to have a feel around the SDK, as the core API (non-GTTOD) is considered stable. Also please ignore the assembly version numbers, as they are bound to differ between what's on AppVeyor and what's here.
