A WrapPanel that can be used in Universal apps.

Make probabilities more intuitive by converting them to odds (i.e. 72.3% becomes "5 in 7")

Like a StackPanel that can shrink a child element to fit in the allowed space. Great for elements that can do their own scrolling - this lets you put elements below them that will always be right below them.
